Fashion Muse: Georgia May Jagger

At only 17, Mick's baby girl is already enchanting the fashion industry. Fresh off campaigns for Hudson Jeans and Rimmel London, Jagger will make her haute couture debut with a Versace S/S10 campaign.
The name Jagger already has fashion credentials -Georgia's mother Jerry Hall and sister Lizzie are both successful models. Signed to London's Independent agency, Georgia is known for her chic, distinctly London street style.

"She has this incredible face, a great figure and a fantastic energising personality," said a spokesperson for the agency. "Okay, she is part of the rock and roll dynasty but we signed her because she's going to be a fantastic model."
Georgia has appeared in many publications and was named 2009's Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards.

Inspired by...Georgia Jagger
Casual:
For casual days out, Georgia wears what I call "Euro-Boho" - it's a mix of classic American Boho and grungy European flair. She wears a lot of flowy prints on top but keeps the bottoms solid with leggings or denim. Jewelry is kept to a minimum but Jagger loves to accesorize with colorful shades and hats. As for bags, she works with larger tote numbers for practicality. Here are 3 looks I put together influenced by Georgia:

Hat, villagehatshop.com; vest and tank, ae.com; jeans, abercrombie.com; boots, zappos.com; aviators, forever21.com

vest, fredflare.com; romper, shopbop.com; sunglasses, forever21.com; boots, zappos.com

beret, villagehatshop.com; top, leggings and shoes, forever21.com

Formal:

Georgia's dress-up style is similar to her casual style in that she still experiments with lots of color and patterns. Her dresses look at once both vintage and modern. Jagger often uses cardigans to take her looks from day to night. Once again, jewelry is left to a minimum. Everything aspect of her look, whether it's the patterned tights or aqua hangbag, adds to the outfit. Here's some of my looks:

Dress, Forever21; tights, We Love Colors; bag and shoes, Steve Madden

Dress, Forever 21; Bag and shoes, Steve Madden

Dress, Nordstrom; Cardigan, Gap; Tights, Rodarte for Target; Shoes, Steve Madden

What do you think? Do you like Georgia's style? How about the outfits I put together? Would you wear any of them? Tell me what you think in the comments!
